QA Salesforce Engineer Be the quality champion behind our mission-critical SaaS ecosystem. Your work will power seamless experiences across Salesforce, NetSuite, Kimble, Marketo, and Boomi , impacting thousands of global users. If you love solving problems, owning quality, and shaping best practices — this role puts you at the centre of it all. ️ What You’ll Do Test with Precision Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts Perform manual testing across Salesforce Lightning & Classic Own Defect Quality Log and track defects in Jira with complete clarity Collaborate with dev & product teams to resolve issues quickly Strengthen Every Release Run regression tests and validate enhancements Support release cycles, environment refreshes, and backups Drive Collaboration Work with BAs, POs, and developers on requirements Support UAT and ensure smooth communication with business users Improve Continuously Refine test cases, enhance QA processes, and flag risks early What You Bring 4+ years in QA manual testing within a Salesforce ecosystem Solid knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud (Sales, Service, etc.) Strong manual testing skills — functional, regression, integration, UAT Experience with Jira , SDLC, STLC & Agile practices Ability to manage test data across sandboxes Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills A mindset built on ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent
