Under the supervision of the Vice President of Sales (APAC), the candidate is expected to manage from the Pune office. ResponsibilitiesHire, manage and mentor the sales, marketing, technical expertise and administrative teams Ensure continuous development and maintenance of team skills through training and coaching Evaluate the performance and productivity of the team, implementing improvement plans when necessary Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards Maintain and expand the current distribution network Research and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual objectives and long-term goals Monitor progress and generate monthly performance reports for executive leadership Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating work environment aligned with the InnovMetric Group values QualificationsPossess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory) Demonstrate a strong leadership presence with emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset Demonstrate excellent management skills and knowledge of different business functions Have a proven track record in strategic planning, operations, and financial management Demonstrate great ability to mobilize your team members and mentor your managers Exhibit strong organizational skills, proactivity and results-driven approach, supported by strong interpersonal skills and work ethic Having a background in manufacturing or metrology is considered an asset We thank you for your interest in this position.
