Position Title: Sr. Designer - Civil & StructuralLocation-KolkataQualification Critical-D.C.E /D.M.EYears of experience: 6-15 Max 16 Min 9yrsCandidate ProfileSpecialist Designer in 3D Modelling & Detailing of Civil & Structural worksMust have worked in S3D in 3D Modelling both Concrete and steel works & developed 2D drawing in TS3D smart Sketch,E3D Experience in 3D modelling and extraction E3D draft will be added advantage.2D drawing in Microstation/AutoCAD experience requiredExperience in at least one Oil & Gas project in Civil, Structural or UG servicesMust have sound technical knowledge in Civil or StructuralHands-on experience on model review/Clash check in SPR/Navis review platform is advantageous.Critical Exposure/Experience deemed essential Technical / Domain Related Skills Must have exposure to modelling in any one of the following:Structures like Pipe rack/ Pipe bridges & Process structures/Equipment support structuresEquipment foundation such as Heat Exchanger, Vertical & Horizontal vessels/drum, Columns/ Tower, Compressor & pumpsPump Houses / Lift station and Tank farmControl room & Substation buildingsRoads &Paving, Storm water drains, OWS, CRWS, Cooling & fire water systemExperience in the production of deliverables such as General arrangement drawings for Civil & steel works, RC Detail drawings, Steel connection detail drawing, Review of Fabrication drawings, UG service lay outs & Isometric.Working experience in using Indian and any one of British or American standards for Civil & structural works on structural steel section & RC detailing is an added advantage.Behavior / Soft Skills Able to communicate in good English with other disciplines in an effective manner.I am willing to have patience to face work pressure & changes.Must be able to work in a team with work share basisJob ResponsibilitiesCivil designer -Taking responsibility of engineering of the assigned structures/foundationModelling as per input & extracting /checking of General Arrangement & Detail DrawingsReporting to Lead Civil Designer Lead Civil Engineer/Coordination with other disciplines & the projectMeeting the project schedules on submissions of Civil deliverablesEnsuring all deliverables comply with quality as per FW /Client specifications & standards.Interpretation of vendor drawings/other discipline drawings for Civil & structural deliverables requirements
