You’ll be rewarded with a market-leading salary, flexible working options and a personalised development plan tailored to your skills and ambitions.What do we need from you?As an Alscient Agentforce Consultant we expect you to hit the ground running, you will be a self-motivated, excellent communicator, with the appropriate Agentforce experience supported by relevant certifications.We want our Agentforce Consultants to be ‘hands-on’ and able to make an immediate impact by providing solution input when required, comfortable following design documents and able to support a variety of UK based customer engagements.Key Responsibilities Include:Design, configure, and implement Agentforce powered conversational experiences that deliver measurable improvements in customer service and sales engagement.Working with clients to translate business needs into scalable Agentforce use cases, such as customer self-service, lead qualification, case deflection, and intelligent routing.Build and optimise AI models, intent libraries, and conversational flows, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and a natural customer experience.Advise on integration with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and specialist solutions to provide seamless agent hand-off and cross-channel engagement.Work alongside UK consulting teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee deployment while following agile/DevOps best practices.Apply best practice governance and security standards to ensure AI and automation are trusted and compliant.Translate business requirements into integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.You will have:5+ years Salesforce consulting experience, with a strong track record delivering complex, multi-cloud implementations for enterprise clients, with at least 12 months dedicated to Agentforce development.Hands-on Agentforce delivery experience (or Einstein Bots / AI Automation if prior to Agentforce launch), including conversational design, intent model building, and AI-driven workflows.Proven success in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations, including case management, omni-channel routing, digital engagement, and knowledge management.Experience working in or with a large Global Systems Integrator (GSI) or enterprise consultancy, with exposure to global delivery models.Background in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, telephony, messaging platforms, knowledge bases).Ability to design and deliver Agentforce conversational flows that balance customer experience with business outcomes.Deep knowledge of AI, NLP, and automation principles as applied in Salesforce.Appropriate Salesforce Certification, with Agentforce Specialist an essential requirement.Evidence of continuous professional development (Trailhead, AI/ML upskilling, DevOps, etc.)Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales, Service and Data Clouds) highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, written and spoken to enable effective working with UK stakeholders in a remote team setup.Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models and time zone alignment.Experience and knowledge of AWS as well as Jira and Confluence tools would be advantageous.Are you a good fit?If you think you are a good fit and have a hunger to grow and develop your career with us, get in touch.Benefits and Opportunities include:Excellent market leading salary.A generous holiday allowance, including a day off on your birthday.A flexible working policy.An inclusive, supportive, and welcoming culture.Challenging projects at the forefront of developing technologies.A personalized development plan, including practical project experience alongside continuing supported professional certification.If the above role excites or interests you, please contact ashay.deshpande@ with your trailblazer public profile url and CV.
