Key Job Responsibilities:Sampling and analysis of raw materialsDeciding material status and reporting results within target timelines across shiftsReporting and documenting raw material deviationsIn-process sample analysis and coordination with production to ensure batch qualityCommunication of test results and in-process deviations to production teamsFinished product analysis and examination of packed productsFinal batch status decision and timely reporting of finished goods resultsPreservation and management of control samplesPreparation of standard and test solutions and calibration of wet-end instrumentsEnsuring compliance with ESHA, safety, and housekeeping standardsDocumentation and records maintenance as per quality requirementsExecution and reporting of product development and raw material substitute trialsSupport in vendor development trialsData collection and preparation of operations and QC reports
