It provides applications focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, e-commerce, analytics, artificial intelligence, agentic AI, and application development.Essential Job Functions:Execute monthly accounting close activities and deliverables (i.e. journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics and reporting)Understand and prepare accounting entries for various financial activities, which may include Revenue accounting (reserves and non-standard entries) Accounts Receivable and LiabilitiesPrepare monthly / quarterly financial statement flux variance analyses for management reportingProvide support to the 10-Q and 10-K reporting process, including preparing supporting schedulesWork cross-functionally with and support our business partners by providing financial insights and relevant reportingAssist in coordinating quarterly reviews, annual audits and SOX testing with internal and external auditorsWork cross-functionally with the Regional and International accounting teams to ensure alignment and to drive process improvementsAbility to quickly understand new processes identified and ready to work on such processes.Ability to work independently with the process owners to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and any changes communicatedCreate and maintain process documentationDeliver on ad-hoc projects / deliverables as necessaryQualifications:Skills/Experience7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, analyzing information, attention to details, deadline oriented, thoroughness in the deliverables, spirit to work as a team and confidentiality3+ years of revenue experience with ability to interpret and apply authoritative accounting pronouncements, specifically ASC 606 Revenue RecognitionBachelor’s degree in Accounting/FinanceExperience in SOX control documentation / executionDetail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independentlyUnderstanding of ERP systems and willingness to learn quickly.
