Role Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in [industry/sector, e.g., IT Services, SaaS, Consulting]. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets and verticals. Leverage networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events to generate high-quality leads. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.Work closely with presales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience selling to CXO-level stakeholders and enterprise clients is highly desirable.
