ComCA (Inter) preferred but not mandatory.JoiningImmediate / Short notice preferredApplication DetailsSend your CV to Karuuna Sharma Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our group of companies—two in real estate and one in advertising & event management.This role calls for strong hands-on expertise, structured thinking, and seamless coordination with external consultants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial discipline across businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts for all group companiesRecord daily transactions, expenses, invoices, and receipts with precisionManage bank entries, cash books, and reconciliationsOversee vendor payments, client collections, and receivable ageingGST, TDS & Statutory CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) in a timely mannerManage TDS deductions, challans, and returnsEnsure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirementsLiaise with Chartered Accountants and tax consultants for filings and auditsReal Estate AccountingMonitor project-wise income and expenditureMaintain records related to advances, agreements, commissions, and rentalsSupport documentation and reporting required for real estate complianceAdvertising & Event AccountingTrack event-wise budgets, costs, and profitabilityManage client invoicing, advances, and vendor settlementsPrepare cost sheets and post-event financial summariesReporting & Financial ControlsPrepare monthly MIS reports for management reviewAssist in year-end closing and audit processesEnsure systematic documentation and organised financial recordsProvide financial insights and support to management as requiredSystems & ToolsProficiency in Tally (Prime / ERP)Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)Familiarity with GST portals, Income Tax portals, and e-filing systemsKey CompetenciesClose attention to detail with a strong accuracy mindsetAbility to manage multiple companies and priorities simultaneouslySound understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance timelinesOrganised, proactive, and process-drivenCapable of working independently while meeting strict deadlinesWhat We OfferExposure to diverse, well-established businesses across real estate and advertising & eventsA stable, long-term role with growth and learning opportunitiesDirect interaction with senior managementA professional, respectful, and collaborative work environment
