This position requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance, coupled with leadership potential to grow into a strategic financial leadership role.Key Responsibilities EnsurePF compliance, filing, and related statutory documentationin line with government norms. Managesalary processing and upload activities , ensuring accuracy and timely disbursals. Oversee allstatutory and internal compliance functions , including audits, financial controls, and reporting. HandleSEZ-related activities , including coordination with authorities, documentation, and compliance. ManageGST, Income Tax, and other tax filings , ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulations. Monitor and managecash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning . Supportmonthly and annual financial statements , MIS reports, and board reporting requirements. Implementfinancial systems, record-keeping, and process improvementsto enhance efficiency and transparency. Work closely with leadership, onfinancial strategy, investor reporting, business growth planning , cost restructuring from time to time. Handle Capital structure, risk Management, cashflow , Audit and Technology processes. Act as a key advisor to the CEO on all the financial matters.Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree inFinance, Accounting, orCA / CMA /ACS preferred . 8–10 years of proven experience in finance, accounts, and compliance functions. In-depth knowledge ofPF, statutory compliance, SEZ, GST, and taxation frameworks . Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
