The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and sourcing candidates through various channels. They will screen resumes, conduct interviews, maintain applicant tracking records, and support onboarding processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and help build a strong pipeline of talent for our organization.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. Recruitment expertise, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews. Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and job boards. Time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in global recruitment or familiarity with IT/digital technology sectors is an added advantage.
