Recruitment expertise, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews. Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and job boards. Time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in global recruitment or familiarity with IT/digital technology sectors is an added advantage.
