Handling complete Supply chain of Exports for Raw Material & Finished goods. Managing end-to-end export operations.Compliance and accuracyCo-ordination with factories/procurement team/ supply chain team for raw material & FG for on time Production/dispatchEnsuring proper packaging/labelling with compliance to the rules & regulation of the respective countryIndependently handling Freight forwarding for the shipments related to ancillary unit of Dabur i.e. Dubai, Egypt etc. Arrangement of containers & their stuffing at factory/portHandling shipment clearance & all issue related to excise/customs.Final checking of pre/post shipment documents for custom/buyer/bank purpose. Co-ordination with inspection agency like SGS & EIA for the clearance of shipment & approval of sampleEnsuring timely dispatch of shipment, documents to buyer/bank & inspection agenciesMaintaining MIS regarding the shipmentsResolving queries received from ancillary unit/Marketing team on day-to-day basisSkills & CapabilitiesInter-personal communicationResult orientationOwnership & accountability in the jobTeam player. IT savvy/ SAP knowledge is must.Analytical abilityCommunication & presentation skillsEducation & experienceMBA or PGDBM from reputed college / university.
