Accounting / Finance Support●Entering and categorizing expenses in Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop ●Reconciling bank statements ●Tracking income and creating simple financial summaries on a weekly basis ●Preparing monthly profit/loss reports ●Managing invoices (sending, tracking, and following up) ●Creating and managing spreadsheets (cost analysis, product pricing, budgeting) ●Tracking receipts and organizing financial documents ●Monitoring subscription charges and vendor payments ●Updating inventory spreadsheets ●Tracking sales tax deadlines and preparing documents for accountant ●Managing payroll data entry ●Setting up and maintaining recurring payments or auto-pay schedules2. Administrative Support●Managing email inbox (sorting, responding, flagging important messages) ●Calendar management + scheduling appointments ●Customer service replies (on Shopify orders and other platforms) ●Managing retreat attendee lists and communications ●Organizing digital files + cloud storage ●Taking notes from voice memos and turning them into clean documents ●Data entry for events planning (vendor lists, retreat curriculum, property details) ●Managing personal reminders and to-do lists ●Coordinating with vendors (chair rental companies, photographers, partners) ●Creating & updating step-by-step SOPs (standard operating procedures) for business ●Uploading content to Notion or other systems for your book stories/other tasks ●Sending follow-up emails to partners, donors, or seasoning brandsPlease contact on WhatsApp+91-9895387922 with resume
