Key Responsibilities:Review patient medical history, profiling details, and diagnostic reports shared by patients.Assess patient eligibility for therapy and clearly communicate outcomesGenerate prescription and approve enrolment into the Program.Conduct post-report analysis calls with patients.Address and manage all reported adverse events (AEs) and medical complaints escalated by the CSE.Provide medical guidance only within scope and ensure compliance with regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements.Ensure patient safety, ethical medical practice, and confidentiality at all times.Sole authority for medical decisions, prescriptions, up-titration advice. No involvement in sales, promotions, or financial transactionsCandidate Profile:MBBS mandatory from a recognized medical council. MD / DNB / Diploma mandatory in relevant specialties (Medicine, Diabetology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine) preferred.Valid State Medical Council / NMC registration.Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience in patient care.Experience in managing metabolic disorders such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, or related chronic conditions.Familiarity with pharmacovigilance, AE reporting, and ethical medical practices.Comfortable with teleconsultations and digital health platforms.
