By engaging CXOs, IT leaders, and AI decision-makers, you will identify opportunities where Neysa’s AI infrastructure and platform deliver clear differentiation—whether through faster time-to-market, cost efficiency, or scalable AI performance. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery and solution positioning to negotiation and closure, while building long-term strategic relationships.What You Bring To The TableOwn and drive enterprise sales cycles for AI, GenAI, and cloud infrastructure solutions, from prospecting to closureEngage senior stakeholders (CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data/AI, VP Infrastructure) to understand business priorities and AI adoption goalsPosition Neysa’s AI acceleration cloud as a strategic alternative to hyperscalers and traditional infrastructure providersArticulate AI use cases, outcomes, and ROI—mapping technical capabilities to business valueWork closely with presales, product, and engineering teams to craft tailored solutions for enterprise customersLead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures for high-value, multi-stakeholder dealsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunitiesDevelop account strategies focused on long-term growth, expansion, and repeat businessTrack market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales strategiesRepresent Neysa as a trusted advisor in enterprise AI adoption journeysCore CompetenciesProven experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions (Cloud, AI, Infrastructure, or Platform-led offerings)Strong understanding of AI/ML workloads, GenAI use cases, and enterprise infrastructure needsAbility to navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and influencersStrong consultative selling and storytelling skills—translating technology into business outcomesExperience working closely with presales and technical teams to drive solution-based sellingAbility to differentiate offerings against hyperscalers and traditional enterprise vendorsStrategic & Analytical CompetenciesEnterprise Solution Selling: Align AI and infrastructure solutions with strategic business objectivesStakeholder Management: Influence both technical and business decision-makersDeal Strategy & Negotiation: Structure win-win commercial agreements while protecting marginMarket Insight: Translate customer needs and market trends into account strategiesCustomer-Centric Mindset: Build long-term partnerships based on trust and value realizationCross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with presales, product, engineering, and leadership teamsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Cloud, AI, Data Center, or Infrastructure domainsExperience selling into regulated or compute-intensive industries is a plusStrong familiarity with enterprise procurement, contracting, and governance processesYour MindsetOutcome-driven and commercially sharpCustomer-first, trusted advisor to enterprise leadersComfortable with ambiguity and complex problem-solvingCollaborative, resilient, and growth-orientedWhy This Role Is a Unique Opportunity at NeysaThis role gives you the opportunity to shape how India’s largest enterprises adopt and scale AI.
