To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q3 2025.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalableAI/ML modelsand APIs usingPythonandFastAPI . Implement and fine-tuneGenerative AIandLLM-basedapplications (e.g., text generation, summarization, chatbots). Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions. Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Integrate AI models with front-end or back-end systems through RESTful APIs. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and model architectures.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency inPythonandFastAPI . Solid understanding ofmachine learning algorithms ,deep learning , andNLPtechniques. Experience withGenerative AI models(OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.). Knowledge ofLLM fine-tuning ,prompt engineering , andvector databases(e.g., FAISS, Pinecone). Hands-on experience withTensorFlow ,PyTorch , orscikit-learn . Familiarity withAPI development ,Docker , andcloud deployment(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good to Have: Experience withRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)architectures. Knowledge ofMLOpstools andCI/CDfor ML model deployment.
