We are a 100% owned subsidiary of Air ArabiaRole Summary We are seeking an RPA Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, test, and maintain robotic process automation solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, reliable bots. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such asUiPath, Automation Anywhere, Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities Create process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD) Build, test, debug, and enhance RPA bots to meet business requirements Support UAT, production deployment, and post-deployment monitoring Handle bot scheduling, exception handling, and performance optimisation Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standards Provide support for incident resolution and continuous improvement of automations Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of hands-on experience inRPA development Strong experience with at least one RPA tool:UiPath / Automation Anywhere Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation best practices Experience working withExcel, PDFs, emails, web applications, and APIs Basic scripting knowledge(Python preferred) Understanding of databases (SQL basics) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Desirable / Nice to Have RPA certification (UiPath Certified Developer, AA Certified Professional, etc.) Experience withOCR, AI/ML integration, or intelligent automation Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) Experience in enterprise environments with governance frameworksPlease send resumes to
