Experience:7+ Years Location:Remote ⏱️ Availability:Immediate Joiner CTC:₹20–30 LPA Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, monitor, and optimizeOracle databasesacross production and non-production environments. Manage and supportMySQL and PostgreSQLdatabases ( SQL Server is a plus ). Administer and maintainMongoDBenvironments. Performdatabase performance tuning , indexing, and query optimization. Design, implement, and maintainbackup, restore, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR)solutions. Collaborate with development teams to designefficient, scalable data models . Supportdata migrationacross different database platforms. Ensure database security, compliance, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot complex database issues and perform root cause analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications7+ yearsof hands-on experience inDatabase Administration . Strong expertise inOracle Database Administration . Proven experience withMySQL or PostgreSQL . Working knowledge ofMongoDB . StrongSQL skillsand solid understanding ofdata modelingconcepts. Hands-on experience inperformance tuning and optimization . Experience withbackup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies . Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
