Role: LinkedIn Manager (Part-Time)We’re looking for a thoughtful and highly attuned LinkedIn Manager to help us grow both our brand account and founder account organically. LinkedIn will be our primary hiring and talent discovery channel, so this role is critical to how we build our team and long-term ecosystem. This is a part-time role for someone who values clarity, relevance, and intent over volume.What you’ll doManage and grow our brand and founder LinkedIn accounts with a consistent, authentic voiceActively engage with relevant people, brands, founders, operators, and institutions in our ecosystemCollect raw inputs from us (voice notes, WhatsApp texts, loose ideas) and translate them into clear, well-structured LinkedIn postsDevelop content that reflects how we think, work, and build—across culture, hiring, product, and learningShare drafts for approval, refine based on feedback, and publish posts with care and consistencyObserve performance and refine content direction based on what resonates (without chasing trends)What we’re looking forStrong writing and editing skills, with an ability to articulate nuanced or complex thoughts simplySharp critical thinking and judgment—you should understand why something should be said, not just how to say itHigh level of contextual understanding and empathy—you must be willing to deeply understand our brand, founders, and valuesComfort working with unstructured inputs and shaping them into thoughtful, high-quality outputsSensitivity to tone and discretion, especially when representing a founder’s voicePrior experience with LinkedIn growth (brand or personal accounts) (MOST IMPORTANT)Interest or experience in health, wellness, or nutrition is strongly preferredRole detailsPart-time/ FreelanceRemoteLong-term
