We’re looking for driven Sales & Marketing Executives who enjoy being on the ground, meeting customers face-to-face, and owning their territory. Your core focus will be onboarding two-wheeler garages, driving daily orders, and building relationships that turn into consistent business. By reducing downtime and simplifying procurement, we help local garages run smoothly, serve more customers, and grow their business.-Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new two-wheeler garages within the assigned territory Actively promote products and services through direct visits and demos Generate daily orders and manage ongoing accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with garage owners and mechanics Drive repeat orders through regular follow-ups and relationship management Achieve sales targets, order volume goals, and revenue benchmarks Capture market feedback, competitor insights, and customer needs for internal teams-Eligibility & Requirements Graduated in any discipline Must currently reside in Gurugram Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Comfortable with a completely field-based role Prior experience in B2B sales or field sales is preferred Strong communication skills with basic negotiation ability-Compensation Salary: 2LP to 4LPA + performance-based incentives Final compensation will depend on experience, interview performance, and role fit-Why Join Us Work with a fast-growing B2B quick commerce company Real on-ground sales exposure with direct customer ownership Performance-linked incentives with clear earning upside Strong learning curve and growth opportunities as the business scales
