This role is central to driving the digital transformation of the enterprise through modern cloud-native architectures, advanced AWS services, and full-stack Java engineering practices. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and hands-on experience designing compliant, scalable, and secure solutions for healthcare and life sciences environments.Responsibilities: -Enterprise Architecture & Solution DesignDesign and implement scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise architectures tailored for life sciences and healthcare ecosystems.Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging advanced AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, Redshift, CloudFormation, and related offerings.Define architecture blueprints, technology roadmaps, integration patterns, and reference architectures aligned with organizational strategy.Technical Leadership & Delivery ExcellenceProvide strong architectural direction, technical guidance, and mentorship to development teams across full-stack Java, Angular, microservices, and cloud platforms.Lead end-to-end software design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade products and platforms.Conduct detailed design reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and oversee technical governance across programs.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with R&D, IT, Quality Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Service, and Support teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, influencing decisions with architectural insights and industry-leading practices.Hands-on EngineeringPerform as an individual contributor with a strong hands-on approach—contributing to application development, automation, and system integration activities.Drive quality engineering practices through the automation of unit, component, integration, and system-level testing.Lead Agile and Lean development processes with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.Innovation & Continuous LearningStay current with emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends in cloud, AI/ML, microservices, and data engineering.Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve platform scalability, performance, and compliance.Experience: -17 - 22 YearsEducational Qualifications: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Biomedical Engineering or a related field AWS certified solution architectSkills: -Mandatory Technical Skills: -Enterprise Architecture / Application ArchitectureJava/J2EE, Spring MVC, REST APIAngular FrameworkAWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Redshift, CloudFormation, etc.)RDBMS and data modellingFull-Stack engineering capabilities (UI → Middleware → Database)Expertise in microservices, serverless architectures, DevOps practices, and cloud-native design patternsGood to have :Experience in Healthcare ecosystemStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and toolingKnowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (HIPAA, GxP, FDA guidelines, etc.)Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple prioritiesLeadership presence with a collaborative, proactive mindsetOur commitmentTo combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
