Role Purpose Manage all social media and brand creative execution via agencies. Ensure content quality, brand consistency, timely delivery, and alignment with growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management (via Agency) Build and manage monthly social content calendars. Review and approve agency-produced copy, visuals, and short videos. Monitor engagement, comments, and inbox activity. Consolidate social insights and audience feedback. Agency Management Translate campaign briefs from Head of Growth and Performance Lead into clear agency briefs. Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control. Evaluate agency performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. Creative Coordination Work with the Performance Lead to supply creative assets for paid media. Coordinate with Offline Activation to align online and offline visuals. Manage KOL/KOC execution if required (briefing, QC, tracking). Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Agency Management. Strong understanding of digital creative workflows. Excellent coordination and quality control skills. Brand-conscious with a user-centric mindset.
