We blend strategy, creativity, and data to build brands that actually convert not just look pretty.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think conceptually, execute fast, and raise the visual bar across brands. This role is not limited to execution—you’ll influence brand identity, mentor juniors, and collaborate closely with performance, content, and strategy teams.If you obsess over typography, spacing, consistency, and why a design works—not just how—this role is for you.Key Responsibilities• Own and execute high-quality creatives for digital campaigns (Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, landing pages, websites, emailers, presentations) • Translate brand strategy and marketing goals into strong visual systems • Design ad creatives that convert, not just look good • Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms • Lead creative direction for key client accounts • Review and improve work of junior designers • Collaborate with performance marketers to iterate creatives based on data • Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and UI/UX designers • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without quality dropMust-Have Skills• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout • Experience designing performance marketing creatives • Ability to conceptualize campaigns, not just execute briefs • Strong portfolio showcasing branding + digital + ads • Attention to detail bordering on obsession (this is a compliment)Good to Have (Big Plus) • Motion graphics / basic After Effects • Understanding of CRO, ad metrics, creative testing • Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agencyWhat We’re Looking For (Mindset)• Someone who can say “this won’t work” and explain why • Design thinking + business thinking • High ownership, low ego • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments • Someone who raises the standard, not blends into it
