This role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT infrastructure and network operations that support our rapid growth. Immediate joiners are preferred and will be given priority.Roles & Responsibilities :1. Server AdministrationInstall, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.Monitor system health and ensure optimal performance and uptime.Manage server roles such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.2. User Account & Access ManagementManage user accounts, groups, permissions, and policies in Active Directory.Handle login issues, password resets, and access requests.3. Software & Patch ManagementInstall and update system software and security patches regularly.Ensure compliance with software licensing and policies.4. Backup & RecoveryImplement and monitor system backup processes.Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution. Network Support Responsibilities:1. Network Infrastructure SupportSupport and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.2. Network Monitoring & TroubleshootingUse monitoring tools to detect and respond to network outages or anomalies.Perform routine testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues quickly.3. Security & ComplianceApply network and system security best practices, including firewall rules, antivirus, and endpoint protection.Support audits and ensure compliance with IT policies. General IT Support:8. Helpdesk & User SupportProvide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Assist users with issues related to PCs, printers, mobile devices, and applications.9. DocumentationMaintain technical documentation of system and network configurations, procedures, and incident logs.Create user guides or SOPs for internal use.10. Collaboration & Project Support• Work with IT teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or rollouts.• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and product solutions.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years in related fieldQualification: Degree, Certifications in Hardware & Networking
