The ideal candidate will be hands-on in end-to-end recruitment, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and skilled in closing positions across various IT technologies.Key Responsibilities Manageend-to-end IT recruitmentfor domestic clients acrossC2H mandates . Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities. Source candidates throughjob portals, social media, referrals, and databases . Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit and client expectations. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive closures within TAT. Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and niche requirements. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client SLAs.Mandatory Requirements 1–6 yearsof experience inDomestic IT Staffing . Hands-on C2H hiring experience is mandatory . Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and hiring trends. Experience working on multiple requirements simultaneously. Proficiency in sourcing viaNaukri, LinkedIn, Monster , and other platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills Experience with MSP/VMS-driven hiring. Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
