The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep experience with data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.About the RoleThe Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for leading data analysis initiatives and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end data analysis initiatives, from requirement gathering to insight deliveryWork closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define KPIsAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunitiesDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI toolsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reportsPerform advanced analysis including forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysisMentor junior analysts and provide technical guidanceCollaborate with data engineering teams on data modeling and pipeline improvementsPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner Qualifications8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related roles Required SkillsStrong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization)Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or LookerStrong knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniquesExperience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sourcesStrong business acumen and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred SkillsExperience working in domains such as Finance, E-commerce, Healthcare, or SaaSExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processesPrior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment Pay range and compensation packageFull-timeEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
