Develop and implement advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI models to solve complex manufacturing problems. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies. Implementation and scale up of other Industry 4.0 technologies like Image and Video analytics, AR/VR systems deployment for manufacturing processes and IoT connectivity. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering and a passion for driving innovation and optimizing processes through data-driven solutions.Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation).At least 3 - 7 years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modelingDeep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithmsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQLExperience with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
