Role-Manager/ Sr. Manager- Finance & TaxationExperienced-5 yearsLocation-MumbaiQualification Required-CAJob Description for the role :Cash Flow & Liquidity Management : Oversee cash flow and liquidity management to ensure the availability of funds for both operational needs and investment opportunities. Coordination with Accountants & Auditors : Liaise with accountants and auditors to provide them with all necessary information, ensuring accounts and audits are completed in a timely manner. Reviewing Tax Calculations & Tax Compliances : Regularly review income tax calculations and advance tax to ensure accuracy. Handle any tax-related notices / assessments in coordination with tax advisors, ensuring timely filing with authorities. Evaluate tax planning opportunities within the group structure for proposed transactions. MIS Reporting & Fund Planning : Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track financial performance and projected fund requirements, while assisting in planning the use of available funds. Business Monitoring & Invoice Management : Monitor business activities for Solar, rental, and consulting businesses, ensuring the timely release of invoices and managing cash flow for smooth business operations. Investment Planning & IRR Calculations : Assist in calculating Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for all the investments and preparing investment plans for incoming funds. Ensure capital is allocated efficiently and monitor the performance of various investment funds in India and overseas through analysing their performance reports and summarizing it. Deal-related Work : Support deal-making processes, including managing investments and other transactions, ensuring smooth execution. MCA Compliance & Meeting Preparation : Handle Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) compliances, such as DIR-8 and MBP-1, and prepare minutes for board and shareholder meetings for group family companies. Portfolio Company AGMs : Evaluate the agenda for AGMs and summarize it for the chief investment officer. Attend AGMs of portfolio companies as required and provide updates to the CEO of FO.s
