The Lead RPA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) systems, analyzing workflows to identify automation opportunities, and ensuring effective and scalable solutions. Other responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance to junior engineers, and documenting automation processes effectively to maintain operational excellence.Qualifications5+ years of hands-on RPA development experienceStrong expertise in at least two of the following: UiPath, Automation Anywhere (AA), Power Automate, Python automationsAbility to design scalable architectures and lead technical solutioningExperience in code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing best practicesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
