The role is operational in nature and entails working on multiple client accounts that need to be managed and grown over a period. In this role you will be required to assist senior client servicing managers efficiently manage our client relations and key. A detailed role description is given below. OperationsAssist the senior Client Servicing team members with delivering daily tasks on the allocated accountsLiaison with the creative teams to execute tasks as per defined worklistResearch platforms and competition to develop ideas that help enhance value and drive resultsCoordination with vendors across digital marketing activities like paid media, website & app development and live amplificationParticipate in brainstorming and reviews to contribute with ideas to enhance the client value propositionTracking & ReportingUpdate all types of trackers and reports as per the frequency setParticipate in client meetings and create the Minutes of the Meeting Prepare reports for monthly review meetings and campaign reviews for organic social media and paid mediaQUALIFICATIONSGraduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing or any Communications disciplineA minimum work experience of at least 1 year in a client servicing role Sound written and spoken English skillsProcess-driven approach, excellent documentation and time management skillsWorking knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word.COMPENSATIONAs per industry standardsWe aspire and are on the way to become the communications partner of choice across our portfolio of services by understanding our client’s communication needs and using our strategic expertise to help our clients meet their communication objectives. OUR BUSINESSThoughtcom is engaged in the business of brand, marketing, and internal communications for clients in India and abroad.
