Position: IT System Administrator Reports To :IT Manager Location: Hyderabad(US shifts) Job Overview The IT System Administrator is responsible for ensuring system uptime and providing technical support for business-critical applications. This role involves managing and maintaining enterprise systems that support day-to-day operations. The position requires coordination with technical teams across global locations, including headquarters in Los Angeles and offices in Asia and Europe. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and manage enterprise applications, including but not limited to: Software packaging and deployment Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) management macOS enterprise management Antivirus console administration Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 administration Provide support to production and back-office environments, ensuring24/7 system uptimefor all users. Support in-house Microsoft Windows–based software and client-based systems. Act as the primary IT point of contact for clients during conference calls and face-to-face meetings when required. Serve as an escalation point and provide occasional24/7 on-call supportfor major outages and critical client issues. Perform Active Directory management and cleanup (users, computers, groups, OUs). Support internal and external audits, including remediation activities. Manage and maintain login scripts and PAC files. Conduct software testing for different client environments. Stay current with emerging and improving technologies and provide recommendations to support organizational growth and operational efficiency. Provide feedback and reporting to senior management on system performance and improvement opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Minimum3+ years of experienceas an IT professional or systems engineer. Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in documentation and solution delivery. Experience working in organizations with1,000+ employees . Experience in BPO and/or service provider environments with multiple locations is a plus. Extensive experience with Windows-based enterprise systems, including: Active Directory Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 Windows Server environments Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to present plans, goals, feedback, and activities to individuals and groups across the organization. Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, including routing and switching at LAN and WAN levels.
