Job Title

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and MIS for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MIS preparation and analysis, budgeting, and financial controls. Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including P&L, cash flow, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Monitor and control costs, margins, and operational expenses.Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and compliance.Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow efficiently.Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and internal policies.Support management with financial models, feasibility studies, and business decisions.If from hospitality background, handle outlet-wise MIS, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and revenue analysis.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysisExcellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controlsProficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailQualifications & ExperienceCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / or equivalent qualification10 – 15 years of relevant finance experienceHands-on experience in MIS and management reporting is mandatoryHospitality industry experience is a bonusPreferred AttributesExperience handling multi-location or multi-outlet operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
