Financial Accounting & ReportingFinalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accountsPreparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow StatementsEnsuring compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards (Ind AS)Handling statutory, internal, tax & cost audits2. Taxation & ComplianceDirect Taxes: Income Tax, TDS, assessments, noticesIndirect Taxes: GST compliance, returns, reconciliation, auditsLiaison with tax authorities, auditors, consultantsEnsuring timely statutory filings and compliance calendars3. Budgeting, Costing & MISPreparation and monitoring of annual budgets & forecastsProduct costing, variance analysis, and cost optimizationDevelopment of MIS reports for management decision-makingPlant-wise profitability and cost control4. Treasury & Cash Flow ManagementCash flow planning and working capital managementBanking operations, fund utilization, and limits managementNegotiation with banks for LCs, BGs, WC limitsMonitoring receivables, payables, and inventory cycles5. Internal Controls & Process ImprovementStrengthening internal control systems & SOPsRisk assessment and mitigationImplementation of best financial practicesERP / SAP / Oracle / Tally integration and control6. Team Leadership & CoordinationLeading and mentoring accounts & finance teamsInter-department coordination with Operations, HR, Purchase, CommercialPerformance monitoring and capability building7.
