The solutions vary from market development, market entry and market presence. The Role:        This role will support the Principal Manager, Recruitment Manager and Assistant Recruitment Advisor to achieve recruitment targets from India and will take a lead in the enquirer and offer-holder communications. Key Responsibilities:·      Nurture leads collected at recruitment events and other initiatives to generate credible applications to university, providing support and advice to enquirers as required. Proactively initiate follow-up contacts with inquirer database and leads collected in a timely manner.·      Lead on offer-holder conversion by providing comprehensive support on matters such as offer acceptance, additional document requirements, and other admission-related matters via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Update and maintain applicant communication records.·      To represent the University at recruitment events (both online and in person), providing a professional and accurate representation of the University to prospective students, their parents, and counsellors. Attend education events, conferences, webinars, and virtual events and represent the university as and when required.·      Provide prompt, comprehensive, accurate information and advice to education agents, University staff, and applicants and their families. ·      Build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders in the education sector such as agent partners, partner universities, and sector-wide organisations.·      Help establish and service the university’s partnerships to maximise recruitment from these channels. ·      Adhere to the University’s GDPR and CMA guidelines.·      Maintain engagement and support agents and other key channel partners. This will include providing information, training, and a high level of customer service.·      Liaise and coordinate with appropriate teams for administrative issues and problem-solving.·      Provide support in the form of online research, gathering market intelligence, information management, updating databases, presentations and supporting event organisation and administration. ·      Lead and manage offer holder groups on social media and chat platformsPerson Specification:·      Educated to degree level (mandatory)·      At least 3 years of experience in this field or a similar field such as account management/sales/business development/CRM (mandatory)·      Ability to use initiative to problem solve and resolve issues (mandatory)·      Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandatory)·      Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite (mandatory)·      The ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team (mandatory)·      Knowledge of the higher education industry, with knowledge of the UK higher education system (desirable)·      Knowledge of the Indian secondary and tertiary education systems (desirable)·      Experience presenting and/or representing an organisation (desirable)·      Experience working in student or customer-facing roles (desirable)·      Willingness and ability to work flexible hours when required by the role (mandatory)·      Willingness and ability to travel regularly (across India and abroad) including on weekends and evenings (mandatory)·      Experience working with international clients (desirable)Availability and start date: Immediate, however any notice period for the right candidate will be honored.NOTE: OneStep Global is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to the employment policies, procedures and practices which do not discriminate on grounds such as gender, marital status, family status, age, disability, race, religious belief, sexual orientation.
