Your Role & Responsibilities Under the leadership of the Director - HCL Foundation and the assigned personnel, the incumbent’s primary responsibilities will include planning, strategizing and implementation of Education, Skill Development, Health, Environment related projects of HCL Foundation’s rural flagship Program – HCL Samuday in Hardoi.Responsibilities:Identify and prioritize the organization’s biggest challenges and strategic initiatives, and champion them from start to finishDevelop compelling, insightful recommendations through data analysis, and qualitative learningAnalyze strategic decisions and turn those insights into results and continually assess and refine those decisions as new insights emergeCreate and monitor reports to help teams identify performance issues, trends, and opportunitiesProject manage special initiatives, such as the design and implementation of best practices and internal process and procedure roll-outsResearch and implement best practices and innovative solutions for rural development initiatives, while optimizing operational excellenceBuild consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levelsPrepare and present findings to all relevant parties, including senior managementRegularly conduct field visits to monitor ongoing activities and ensure effective implementation of operations. Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum RequirementsMBA/MSW/MPH/ Master’s in the field of Agriculture/Rural Development/ Social Works/Sociology/Sustainability & relevant field with minimum 60% across academics (10th, 12th, UG and last semester of PG).Relevant work experience would be added advantage.Desired QualificationsExcellent communication skills are required, you can speak and understand Hindi for Hardoi, UP location & Tamil is required for Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu locationYou have experience implementing certain strategies.You have strong analytical skills and an aptitude for decision-making.You show resilience when faced with challenges.You believe in continuous learning and growth.You possess a strong work ethic.You're able to connect with new and existing team members quickly.You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the globe.You enjoy learning new skills and applying them.You are passionate about innovation.You want to make an impact.
