This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for permanent positions only. You will also contribute to building a high-performing recruiting team by mentoring and training junior team members on industry-leading hiring practices.Key Responsibilities-Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, permanent technical positions across multiple technology domains in North AmericaSource, interview, assess, and place top-tier technical talent for direct hire roles onlyApply diverse sourcing strategies, including advanced internet searches, professional networks, social media, and referralsDevelop and use Boolean search strings to efficiently identify and engage qualified candidatesEvaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine technical and cultural fitReview job descriptions and partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and required technical skill setsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS, ensuring data integrityProactively build and maintain long-term talent pipelines through networking and relationship managementDemonstrate strong technical understanding and stay current with emerging technologies and market trendsAnticipate future hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with long-term business objectivesCoach and mentor junior recruiters on full-time/direct hire recruiting best practicesBonus Points If You Have-Proven ability to manage multiple permanent requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong marketing and employer branding skills to effectively position roles and attract top talentAcademic background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
