The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US GAAP, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities usingSage 300 (Accpac) HandleGeneral Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations Preparemonthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements Ensure compliance withUS GAAPand internal accounting policies Performmonth-end and year-end closeprocesses Supportbudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist withaudit preparationand respond to auditor queries Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Collaborate with US clients and internal teams during US business hours Identify process improvements and optimize Sage 300 workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of US accounting experience , preferably with US clients Strong hands-on experience with Sage 300 (Accpac)– mandatory Sound knowledge ofUS GAAPand accounting best practices Experience withmonth-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficiency inExcel(pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Excellent written and verbalEnglish communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Preferred Qualifications CPA / CPA-eligible or equivalent certification Experience working withmultiple entities or consolidationsin Sage 300 Exposure tosales tax, payroll, or multi-currency accounting Prior experience withUS CPA firms or accounting service providers Why Join Us?
