The Associate – Brand Alliances supports the end-to-end execution, operations, partner management, and campaign delivery for the brand alliances vertical. This role will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding of brands, lead-gen performance tracking, validations, and payout processes. The ideal candidate enjoys operations, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and wants to build a career in Growth, Partnerships, or Business Operations.Key Responsibilities -Execute partner onboarding end-to-end including documentation, contracting, legal coordination, and vendor onboarding.Set up campaign logistics including tracking links, UTMs, creative requirements, and ensuring campaigns go live smoothly with partners.Track and analyse daily/weekly performance of each partner/channel, follow up for improvements, and share updates with internal stakeholders.Prepare validation reports and coordinate payouts including lead validations, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processing.Maintain operational accuracy & coordination across Growth, Legal, Finance, and partner teams with strong documentation and follow-ups.Skills -Basic Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, filtering, data cleaning)Good written communicationCuriosity to learn new processesAbility to work cross-functionallyStrong follow-up disciplineStakeholder managementTime managementDetail orientation
