You will translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling, user-friendly designs that resonate with our target audience while staying true to the brand’s mission and voice. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that drive engagement and impact. Responsibilities:Create engaging and visually appealing designs for a wide range of use cases including but not limited to social media, digital marketing ads, reels, stories, email campaigns, landing pages, and website banners that align with the brand language.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm collectively and align on the deliverables.Create engaging infographics, illustrations, and animations to communicate complex information in a visually compelling way.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices.Optimize designs for various platforms and devices to ensure optimal viewing experiences.Analyze the performance of design assets along with the marketing team to inform future creative decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3-5 years of experience as Graphic/ Visual Communication into Digital DesignPortfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects. (Mandatory)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and Figma.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.Ability to work efficiently in an agile startup environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Please Note:This is a Full time onsite role.
