This role involves developing tailored transport of equipment procedures, managing vendor documentation, launching transport orders, and monitoring execution to meet project timelines and cost objectives. It is a new department service with the opportunity of growth in organization along with planned workload increase.Key Responsibilities: This role is a global shared service role with below key responsibilities:Issues specifications, Invitation to Bid, Negotiation documents, and Service Orders for simple transportation scheme,Review inputs provided by Engineering/ consistency for transport organizationSupplier follow-ups for all shipping related docs, Reception of PPLs / Dual use declaration, Integration of data into E-traffic and internal toolsUpload Transport Drawing in internal tools Engineering system tool & management up to finalizationMonthly invoice CheckValidating the monthly invoice based on the individual sub-invoices previously approved by the transport execution in charge of the respective file. Update Transport payment milestones (as per Supplier payment milestones) Coordinates the issue of import-export documentation, together with the Administration Department when necessary Issues and updates the Shipping Notice to the various parties involved and sends a separate set of shipping documents to the fieldRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and transport operations.Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.Proficiency in contract management and vendor negotiation.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Preferred Experience:Experience in large-scale industrial projects (Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing).Familiarity with TR documentation standards and transport compliance.Oracle or ERP system proficiency.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):On-time issuance and approval of transport documentation.Cost optimization and adherence to project budgets.Compliance with transport strategy and safety standards.Vendor performance and timely delivery of goods.
