The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified engineering professionals for our US clients across multiple domains.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment for US Engineering positions (IT / Non-IT Engineering roles)Understand client requirements and job specifications in detailSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skillsCoordinate interviews between candidates and US clientsManage candidate documentation, compliance, and onboarding processesMaintain and update ATS and recruitment trackersMeet daily/weekly hiring targets and KPIsBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience in US Staffing / US Engineering Recruitment preferredStrong English communication skills (verbal & written)Good understanding of US recruitment processes and time zonesAbility to work independently in a night shift environmentFamiliarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.Proficient in MS Office / Google WorkspaceStrong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skillsPlease share your CV to satya@
