Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with more than 10 years of expereince with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects to lead end-to-end execution of interior construction works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing office, retail, or mixed-use commercial interiors, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, cost management, and stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ExecutionManage end-to-end commercial fit-out projects from mobilisation to handoverOversee site execution, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standardsCoordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, fire-fighting, IT, and interior finishing worksPlanning & CoordinationPrepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and resource plansCoordinate with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and subcontractorsConduct regular site meetings and progress reviewsCost & Budget ControlManage project budgets, BOQs, and variation ordersControl costs, track billing, and certify subcontractor invoicesEnsure projects are delivered within approved cost and timelinesQuality & SafetyEnsure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulationsImplement quality control checks and safety protocols at siteAddress snags, defects, and final handover requirementsClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the single point of contact for clients during project executionProvide regular progress updates and resolve client concerns promptlyEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat businessDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, reports, and handover dossiersEnsure adherence to company policies and industry best practices
