The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, reliable bots.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunitiesCreate process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD)Build, test, debug, and enhance RPA bots to meet business requirementsSupport UAT, production deployment, and post-deployment monitoringHandle bot scheduling, exception handling, and performance optimisationMaintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standardsProvide support for incident resolution and continuous improvement of automationsRequired Skills & Experience2–3 years of hands-on experience in RPA developmentStrong experience with at least one RPA tool: UiPath / Automation AnywhereGood understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation best practicesExperience working with Excel, PDFs, emails, web applications, and APIsBasic scripting knowledge (Python preferred)Understanding of databases (SQL basics)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsDesirable / Nice to HaveRPA certification (UiPath Certified Developer, AA Certified Professional, etc.)Experience with OCR, AI/ML integration, or intelligent automationExposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)Experience in enterprise environments with governance frameworksPlease send resumes to
