The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in MSP/VMS programs, handling high-volume requisitions, and managing both contract and direct-hire placements for Financial Services clients. Candidates who are actively looking for a job change and can join soon will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end US recruitment for BFSI (Non-IT) rolesWork within MSP/VMS environments and meet strict SLAsSupport both direct-hire and contract hiring for financial clientsSource, screen, and submit quality candidates within deadlinesHandle high-volume roles with accuracy and quick turnaroundCoordinate with MSP partners, hiring managers, and internal teamsKey Requirements:2–6 years of experience in US RecruitmentStrong experience hiring for BFSI Non-IT rolesHands-on experience with MSP/VMS portals (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN, etc.)Experience in direct-hire placements (highly preferred)Excellent sourcing, communication, and candidate management skillsOpen to working on-site in Bangalore, 5 days a weekPreferably candidates who are actively seeking a new opportunityHow to Apply:Interested candidates can share their resume to proceed further.
