The Corporate Services Quality Control Supervisor will oversee and QC all CoSec client tasks performed by team members, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in corporate secretarial operations. This role would also drive process improvements through MIS preparation, SOP creation, and governance support Key ResponsibilitiesQC team tasks including organizing/preparing agendas and board packs for board/committee/AGM meetings; taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and monitoring decisions; organizing/following up on meetings and related documentation; maintaining statutory books/registers; reviewing/filing/archiving corporate documents; drafting simple documents (e.g., circular resolutions); gathering/presenting documents for internal/external requests. Prepare MIS reports for client tracking, create/update SOPs, and coordinate governance calls. Set performance goals, monitor productivity, provide feedback/coaching, resolve issues, and ensure workflow compliance with company policies. Maintain records, track documentation, hire/train staff, and report on team performance. Required Skills and QualificationsStrong organizational, communication, drafting, analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills with high attention to detail. Team player: independent, meticulous, proactive, self-motivated, adaptable to challenges, excellent communicator. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); prior supervisory experience preferred.
