Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to take ownership of the design, development, and configuration of applications, with a primary focus on SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for all application-related matters, collaborating with stakeholders, leading development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with business needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end application development activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.Provide technical leadership to the team, becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP WMS.Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to effective problem-solving.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain project clarity and alignment.Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in application design, development, and SAP WMS to continuously enhance performance and user experience.Required Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:Strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience.Solid understanding of application development methodologies and lifecycle.Proven experience in system integration and data migration.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve application-related issues efficiently.Familiarity with project management tools and agile or traditional project methodologies.Additional Information:This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Chennai office.Candidates must have completed 15 years of formal education (full-time).
