Today, it stands as one of the most respected and forward-looking brands in its sector—proudly making in India for the world.About the RoleThe incumbent will play a central role in designing and institutionalising Jaquar’s people practices across Talent Management, Organisational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. This role will directly influence culture-building, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness, supporting Jaquar’s long-term transformation and growth agenda. A key responsibility includes strengthening our employer-of-choice positioning through structured engagement frameworks and external best employer surveys.Key Responsibilities1. Talent ManagementDesign and implement a comprehensive Talent Management Framework for identifying, assessing, and developing high-potential talent.Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and readiness assessments for critical roles.Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to institutionalise structured career pathways and capability development mechanisms.Govern Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and talent development roadmaps for critical and high-potential talent pools.2. Organisational Development (OD)Drive OD interventions that enhance organisational effectiveness, culture alignment, and leadership capability.Facilitate change management initiatives that support business transformation and workforce readiness.Develop organisational frameworks, competency models, and behaviour-based architectures to strengthen role clarity, leadership depth, and organisational culture.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on structural improvements, workforce planning, and capability-building priorities..3. Performance ManagementLead the end-to-end PMS lifecycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and performance calibration.Continuously refine PMS design to drive differentiation, accountability, leadership behaviour, and culture alignment.Collaborate with HR Systems to enhance digitisation (SuccessFactors) and develop robust analytics dashboards for leadership insights and decision support.4. Employee EngagementConceptualise and execute organisation-wide engagement initiatives that strengthen trust, belonging, and organisational pride.Lead employee engagement and experience surveys; analyse insights and partner with leaders for structured action planning.Anchor external benchmarking studies (e.g., Best Employer/Great Place to Work surveys) and internal readiness initiatives to enhance Jaquar’s employer brand.Design and institutionalise an effective Recognition & Rewards (R&R) framework that reinforces performance excellence, innovation, and values-led behaviours.Drive well-being and welfare programs across physical, emotional, financial, and social dimensions.Promote an integrated “One Company” culture through enterprise-wide engagement platforms, rituals, and cross-functional collaboration mechanisms.Key AttributesDeep understanding of Talent Management, PMS, and Engagement frameworks.Expertise in employee communication, culture-building, and engagement analytics.Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar) preferred.Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to craft engaging internal narrativesHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationQualifications and ExperienceEducation: Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute (mandatory).Experience: 8 - 10 years of progressive HR experience with focus areas in talent management, performance, and engagement.Reach Us AtJaquar and Company Private LimitedPlot No.3, Sector – 11, IMT ManesarGurgaon, Haryana – 122050
