This role will own merchant acquisition, credit portfolio growth, product collaboration, and overall profitability while maintaining high credit quality.Key Responsibilities Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2C vertical across geographies Must have 100+ team handling experience. Develop and execute credit strategies, risk frameworks & portfolio practices Drive merchant onboarding, credit disbursal, and end-to-end customer lifecycle Work closely with Product, Risk, Tech & Operations to build scalable solutions Track portfolio metrics including growth, delinquency & retention Build, mentor, and manage sales & credit operations teams Engage with leadership and external partners to enhance offeringsRequirements 8 to 12 yearsincredit / lending / merchant or B2C finance , with team leadership Strong exposure tounderwriting, portfolio management, and risk control Proven experience in scaling business while maintaining portfolio quality Analytical mindset with strong business acumen Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills Familiarity withfintech / digital lendingis a strong plusCompensation Salary:Upto 12 lpa Fixed ( Basis your Last salary)
