Oversee monthly statutory filings. Stay updated on regulatory changes.2) Audit C Documentation: Manage internal and external audits. Maintain statutory documents. Prepare compliance reports.3) Vendor C Third-Party Compliance: Ensure compliance of staffing agencies and contractors. Monitor vendor documentation.4) Policy C Process Governance: Develop and update HR policies. Conduct compliance training. Handle investigations and documentation.6) Reporting C MIS: Prepare compliance reports. Maintain compliance trackers.
