You will be responsible for ensuring visibility on shipments and maintaining the integrity of inward logistics data.Key Responsibilities:-Track shipments in real-time and provide updates on inward status to relevant stakeholders.Assist in the verification and filing of logistics documents (Invoices, GRNs, Delivery Notes).Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of consignments.Maintain logistics logs and shipment trackers on Google Sheets/Excel.Support the team in resolving minor transit delays or documentation discrepancies.Competencies & Skills :- Supply Chain Basics: Understanding of logistics, transportation, and inward/outward movement of goods.Documentation Literacy: Familiarity with standard business documents such as Invoices, Good Receipt Notes (GRN), and Delivery Notes.Technical Skills: Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and data management.Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating between different teams and external partners.Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment with multiple moving parts.
