The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and exceptional presentation skills to translate insights into impactful strategic recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport development and execution of business and corporate strategy initiativesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial analysis to support decision-makingPrepare high-quality presentations (PPTs) for leadership reviews, board meetings, and stakeholdersCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment on strategic prioritiesAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of strategic projectsManage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-upsTrack KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and highlight key insights and risksSupport new business initiatives, growth opportunities, and process improvement projectsDesired Skills & CompetenciesStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint expertise is mandatory)Effective stakeholder management and coordination abilitiesGood understanding of financials, business models, and market dynamicsHigh energy, proactive, detail-oriented, and smart in executionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Candidate ProfileMBA in Finance or Marketing from a reputed institute5–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, or corporate strategy rolesExperience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsHands-on experience in data analysis and presentation for decision-making
